The labs are laid out well. They are easy to follow and offer a great way to learn the courses hands-on. I like the checkmark feature after each step. To start with, there is a rich library of labs with new labs continuously being added. The lab launch is blazing fast; I never waited more than 20 seconds to get started with a fully configured lab. The user experience is intuitive and didn't have to contact their customer support expect one time. Their support was very effective and they resolved in a timely manner. Occasionally the lab portal webpage does not load properly - particularly in firefox browser but trying the same in a private/incognito session works fine.
