Teamwork..." 5/5 What do you like best about XtremeLabs? There are many providers out there for labs. XtremeLabs offers many of the same labs they do, but the Management, the support staff, and the work they do to help is so much more than just a lab provider. I have worked with other Lab providers, and yes, I even have labs with others, but I DEFINITELY prefer using XtremeLabs when I get the chance. There is always a downside, and frankly, I am not sure they can fix bandwidth in the labs. Some of the labs depend on actions and 3rd parties as part of the lab. The connection to those 3rd parties needs to be faster to feel more fluid and seamless. All of the lab providers I have worked with have experienced this issue, though... When issues arise, they are quick to respond, willing to listen and work with us as trainers, willing to verify and source additional information when needed and willing to work with us on scheduling, configurations, and other issues we have come across.
