The ability to customize reportings and the ease of use are some of Xtractions best features. **What do you dislike about Xtraction?** The one downfall with Xtraction is the data model can get cumbersome if you pull in a lot of customized fields to report on, and there is a slight delay in the reporting. **Recommendations to others considering Xtraction:** If you are already using Ivanti products for your ISM or ITAM, I recommend using Xtraction for reporting. **What problems is Xtraction solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xtraction allows us to create and send out weekly and monthly updates to multiple users pulling from various data points. The graphs you can make in Xtraction are a considerable benefit to show data easily. ### 2. Also having the option to write sql is a huge plus **What do you dislike about Xtraction?** The learning curve on the front end is a little tough but once you get started you can pick it up easily **What problems is Xtraction solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xtraction makes it easy to create and schedule out reporting. You can save your reports and add and remove data requirements quickly. **What do you dislike about Xtraction?** Some users have a difficult time navigating how to setup a new report. There are a few users that are versed in how to create them for other users. **What problems is Xtraction solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits are highly customizable reports. Creating various reports and saving them for quick access later. ### 4. Definitely streamlines reporting between all of your endpoints in a quality format which is suitable for management. **What do you dislike about Xtraction?** This product will ease reporting, but it requires a lot of setup. Definitely recommend using professional services to ease the installation or a 3rd party service.
