What do you like best about XTM Cloud?

What do you dislike about XTM Cloud?

I don't like that a hidden characters feature is not enabled and that login sessions tend to close very frequently (mainly without any apparent reason). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great features, severe flaws in implementation"

What do you like best about XTM Cloud?

Fully featured TMS, will cover most of your use cases. Great for synchronized reviews of translations, very good alignment function that comes in handy, specific workflows depending on the target language, etc. Everything else really solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XTM Cloud?

The major flaw was in the implementation of our needed automatic order creation using their Bridge: What was promised, was not delivered. 5 months of "it´s going to work next week" have gone by now

UI feels like out of the 2000s, takes time to get used to, not as flashy (even though I wouldn´t consider that a major flaw) as the competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I apologize about the delay in getting the Bridge automation - our team are working as fast as they can to resolve this! Also, I can confirm that we are revamping the UI step by step - after Workbench, we redesigned the Filter templates and you will soon see that everything we add will follow the latest front-end standards and UX best practices :)

What do you like best about XTM Cloud?

The possibility of unifying actions in one platform (queries, references, LQA feedback and arbitration, etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XTM Cloud?

The strings filter is not intuitive and requires several clicks; the export of xliff files is also not intuitive and requires several clicks. The QA feature is not very helpful because there are several false positives and it is not reliable; the search and replace is not reliable, and often it is necessary to use external tools to make sure errors are identified. "Highlights for PMs using XTM Cloud"

What do you like best about XTM Cloud?

It's straightforward to create users and select their roles, which will determine their access rights. Then, it is possible to customize the project workflows, and you can add or remove steps as needed. It is one of the most intuitive tools for Project Management compared with other tools, which mainly focus on language aspects. XTM Cloud covers both! And another advantage is that you can split the project into several parts as it best works for your planning with only one click. We've used it for traditional and non-traditional languages. What do you dislike about XTM Cloud?

Some customized versions allow you to download quotes. Extending some of these personalized features in the average version would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
