What do you like best about XTM Cloud?

What I like about the XTM cloud is it's simple, plain, and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XTM Cloud?

The downsides are that it's really slow at times, and more importantly, the spellcheck is weak and hard to use. It would be best if you introduced a new proper spellcheck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about XTM Cloud?

Fully featured TMS, will cover most of your use cases. Great for synchronized reviews of translations, very good alignment function that comes in handy, specific workflows depending on the target language, etc. Everything else really solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XTM Cloud?

The major flaw was in the implementation of our needed automatic order creation using their Bridge: What was promised, was not delivered. 5 months of "it´s going to work next week" have gone by now

UI feels like out of the 2000s, takes time to get used to, not as flashy (even though I wouldn´t consider that a major flaw) as the competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I apologize about the delay in getting the Bridge automation - our team are working as fast as they can to resolve this! Also, I can confirm that we are revamping the UI step by step - after Workbench, we redesigned the Filter templates and you will soon see that everything we add will follow the latest front-end standards and UX best practices :)

The strings filter is not intuitive and requires several clicks; the export of xliff files is also not intuitive and requires several clicks. The QA feature is not very helpful because there are several false positives and it is not reliable; the search and replace is not reliable, and often it is necessary to use external tools to make sure errors are identified.
