Really don't have anything negative to say, but if I HAD to say something, their web portal for admins could use some updating, it can be tricky to find what you want. We were able to get rid of our traditional phones and have all work numbers become "portable" so all users could work from anywhere with an internet connection. What problems is XTIUM Unified Communications as a Service solving and how is that benefiting you? Evolve IP got us off of our On-Prem Shortel system and brought our voice services into the cloud. By doing this we were able to have a seamless and secure integration with Teams that we already used for internal communications. It allowed us to still have phone system options such as auto attendant, voicemail, call routing, and more.
