The templates make it almost brainless to whip out something presentable, coherent and effective. The ability to review with collaborators and make changes easily helps with distributed teams. And having the documents remain "live" and malleable, even after sharing them is so great. **What do you dislike about Xtensio?** I would love to have a better organizing/filing system to make it easier to find a project once you have a lot of them — but it's a minor quibble. I started with viewing all the help-videos in the help center and that got me started in no-time. I started working on the free plan and spent a number of hours building a series of user personas. I also like the collaboration tool availability. I like that templates are color coded by square blocks on the left hand side in the dashboard. I like the fact Xtensio tells you how many times a particular template has been used.
