Everyone who needs access has it, and we have all the data in one place, which makes digital viewing and sharing easier. It has the advantage that we have everything available digitally immediately. The setup went well, I would say, and the system is also easy to customize. **What do you dislike about xSuite Invoice?** So, what I find worst is the OCR recognition, which unfortunately is still not really good. That should also be a bit more pre-entered beforehand. For the invoice, ideally, the general ledger account, company code, and so on should already be automatically included from the start, instead of having to manually enter everything. More data should be automatically pre-filled. **What problems is xSuite Invoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use xSuite Invoice for invoice processing to efficiently manage pre-entry, forwarding, archiving, and access. All invoices are in one place, immediately available digitally and approved, which facilitates collaboration. ### 2. But it doesn't work without them. **What problems is xSuite Invoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are doing our billing workflow in a company with over 2000 employees. ### 3.
