**What do you like best about XRP WOM?**

I like that it is different from other currencies out there, and I can also give it the bonus of being the coin that got into understanding crypto despite a learning curve

**What do you dislike about XRP WOM?**

It had a bit of a learning curve for me, as mentioned before. But in terms of the actual process of using, it wasn't too bad. Granted, I would say my biggest dislike is that the XPR coin did not entirely sell me on the concept of crypto. So it wasn't XRP itself that is the "dislike" but more so the greater thing that its apart of

**What problems is XRP WOM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was a way for me to help get into cryptocurrency and learn and understand it. Granted XRP is not something I dabble in now because I think crypto is too challenging to keep up with.

Need more simplification & integration with various tools & e-commerce application

They helped in managing order. Especially to those who have to handle their order so frequent.
