We have had great customer support when we see references that may have been flagged as suspect and the team has provided great support in navigating conversations with potential hires. Super easy to implement and manage on an ongoing basis **What do you dislike about Xref?** There is nothing I dislike. I would recommend the platform a heartbeat **What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our ref checks were all manual before we engaged X ref. It's saving us time. Notifications also come directly to your inbox, so you do not need to keep logging in to check the status, there is a good audit trail too.
