It relieves me from hours of doing manual ref checks and the turnaround is quite quick, actually a lot quicker than chasing up referees constantly as this has a reminder that keeps getting sent out to the referees to fill the reference check template. Just an efficient tool and excellent for time management. Ref checks are kept on file and also if there is an issue with the authenticity of where the ref check came from X-Ref warns you . The platform is super easy to use and navigate, and our candidates love the ease of the platform too. We have had great customer support when we see references that may have been flagged as suspect and the team has provided great support in navigating conversations with potential hires. Our ref checks were all manual before we engaged X ref. It's saving us time. Notifications also come directly to your inbox, so you do not need to keep logging in to check the status, there is a good audit trail too.
