**What do you like best about Xref?**

I use Xref mainly for reference checking and hiring manager surveys through Pulse. It significantly speeds up the reference checking process and helps us determine when someone is faking a reference, resulting in a higher quality of candidate. I like that it tracks IP addresses, which contributes to assessing the quality of candidates. Also, the initial setup of Xref was easy.

**What do you dislike about Xref?**

I find the sales reps unresponsive. The platform itself is great, but anytime I have a question, my sales rep ignores me. I would appreciate faster responses; for instance, I emailed a week ago and still haven't received a reply. It's challenging to get in touch with them for demos.

**What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Xref speeds up reference checking and helps identify fake references, ensuring higher candidate quality.
