The Xref team is easy to work with and quickly answers questions if we do need support. **What do you dislike about Xref?** I don't dislike anything about the Xref system. From initial inquiry to daily use, everything has been extremely straightforward and easy to understand, integrate, set up and utilize. **What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to integrating Xref into our hiring process, we were relying on manual reference checks which were both time consuming, and not well aligned between locations or from an HR perspective. From a recruitment perspective, it saves a lot of time compared to verbal references. The unusual activity also helps ensure we have legitimate references. It is easy to read and easy to download the references. **What do you dislike about Xref?** It can be hard to have a candidate resubmit a reference. We often get emails when someone is unobtainable and the candidate wants to submit an additional reference, which means we have to go to the support team and request access. It can hold up the process a lot. Also, the initial setup of Xref was easy. **What do you dislike about Xref?** I find the sales reps unresponsive. The platform itself is great, but anytime I have a question, my sales rep ignores me. I would appreciate faster responses; for instance, I emailed a week ago and still haven't received a reply. Customizable, we are able to use it across multiple regions we support. It is a very reliable system and hardly ever have any technical issues but if we ever have questions the support team are very fast at answering any questions. **What do you dislike about Xref?** I have no complaints! They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Xref?** I really appreciate Xref's strong ability to catch fraudulent reference checks, something we were never able to spot in the past. It's a big part of why it's so valuable to us. I find the process a big time saver since it lets us put a reference check on the candidate and the reference, while we can start working on other things. Setting up Xref was very easy, and today, we're quite pleased with how smoothly everything works. We have partnered with Xref for 6 years and the customer support from the team has been fantastic and prompt. I am looking forward to the future integrations with other platforms i.e. CV Check. **What do you dislike about Xref?** In some instances it can be a little more valueable to complete a reference check over the phone, however considering the time saved, efficiency and positive feedback from referees the platform is an extremely valueable tool. **What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xref is a great solution to save time as a recruiter when completing reference checks for candidates in the recruitment process. The platform allows the referees to complete the form at a time that suits them (even outside of work hours) and we generally recieve robust and considered responses. The fact that background checks are included, integrating with our ATS, flagging suspicious activity and their customer service. The word count is a little strange and hard to explain to hiring managers what a good reference check looks like. Another piece of feedback received was that responding to the questionnaires can take a long time.
