What do you like best about XProtect?

XProtect can run for months without any human intervention. Solid, reliable and ever ready. After 12 years of use, I am still finding features that meet our new, growing needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XProtect?

Licencing system is clunky. Support via the re-seller can take a while. You get what you pay for - and hence it is pricey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about XProtect?

XProtect works well when it is up and running correctly. It allows you to easily see multiple cameras from multiple locations, set up custom views, and easily export video for security needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XProtect?

The server licensing is expensive (especially for back license costs), and the server tends to struggle when several users are logged in. We had to set a task to reboot the server every night in order to kick everyone out of the system who doesn't log out, otherwise, the video lags and audio/video do not sync correclty.
