We like the ability for all of our users to access Milestone via the web interface. We have 50% Windows users and 50% Mac. We've encountered some issues with the 'Add Hardware' feature of the Management Client, which has been documented by some other users online. We received prompt and personalised support from Milestone for this issue, and to their credit they were able to work with us for a workaround, however this issue has re-occurred so it does raise potential concerns about the long-term reliability of some features.

Resource usage on the Smart Clients can also become very high, even on more powerful systems which meet or exceed the requirements recommended/outlined by Milestone, so optimizing camera settings/streams is crucial, especially more-so with larger deployments.
