Learning curve isn't as steep as other platforms and I like that it's capable of most everything I need - payment, scheduling, marketing emails. **What do you dislike about Xplor Triib?** I wish they would stop adding features that I don't care about. I want them to niche down to serving my particular kind of business SUPER well - not meet everyone's needs just a little bit. **What problems is Xplor Triib solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scheduling and payment. Employees use it to keep track of number of sessions with each client and to book them onto their calendars. It's the only product I've found that can meet our needs because we are primarily 1:1 and NOT group classes. The packages feature is invaluable. ### 2. I like being able to keep track of my 1RM, or scores for a particular workout without having to go back and search for a particular date when I might have done a similar lift or WOD. I also don't like not being able to comment on other members workouts or lifts, etc. SugarWod has both of these items down pretty well so perhaps I was spoiled with that, but I think if Triib did something similar on the tracking side, it would be a vast improvement. **What problems is Xplor Triib solving and how is that benefiting you?** it solved the check in and limited members being in a particular class during Covid which was a necessary task that Triib helped out gym with. ### 3. Triib - a decent tool for tracking workouts **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2019 **What do you like best about Xplor Triib?** It's great to be able to search your past workouts to see how far (or not) clients have progressed. It also automatically logs you in, which is to be expected, but still nice. **What do you dislike about Xplor Triib?** The app is a bit clumsy at certain points. For example, from the leaderboard screen you cannot easily go to the "record score" screen. You have to go back to the home screen, click on workouts and then scroll down to 'record score'. Again, it's a bit cumbersome in its layout. **Recommendations to others considering Xplor Triib:** It's a solid tool with some growing edges. I've found it does everything we need it to do, but possibilities fo improvement exist around layout and flow of the app. **What problems is Xplor Triib solving and how is that benefiting you?** It does give all users one place to go for all things related to our gym. I also appreciate that events can be promoted (and tickets sold) through Triib. ### 4. I love being able to check in to each class before I even get there! I can always see the workouts ahead of time and decide if that is what I want to workout that day. You can reserve classes as well which is a huge plus! **What do you dislike about Xplor Triib?** Sometimes the app seems to have trouble loading or loads at a very slow pace. I haven't experienced crashing personally, but I have heard from some fellow gym goers that it does happen. They have a timer on there but it took me a month to find it. I would add it to the main menu so that it is way easier to find. **What problems is Xplor Triib solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to see workouts ahead of time to make informed decisions. I am able to communicate with other athletes at the gym. The competition levels go up because there is a leaderboard. Everyone in the gym feels more of a sense of community because we can keep up with each other on here when we don't workout at the same times. ### 5. Stores workout histories as well **What do you dislike about Xplor Triib?** There are often glitches in the leaderboard stating there’s an error and it can’t be displayed.
