Because SPOTs product has been around for decades, modernizing the interface and background technology is a big undertaking and can take some time. Spots solution helps us be more efficient in our production by providing us critical business intelligence while also integrating well with some of our other production vendors. Once you know the basics, it's easy to navigate for more in depth steps. Also, training new staff members on Spot has been far easier than previous POS programs I have used/trained on. Although, I do know that the new program, Connect, will have this option. Also, it would be great is there were more options to use 10 keys and shortcut commands. Adjusting invoices/modifying mistakes is very easy. On previous programs I had used, editing specific items and/or comments was not very user friendly.
