It is fully customizable to your business/membership structure.

**What do you dislike about Xplor Resamania?**

Customer service is difficult and or impossible to get resolutions from.

**What problems is Xplor Resamania solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated billing & student management. If it was more intuitive and responsive then it would be a fine tool. But it isn't. Coupled with their poor customer service, it has become a nightmare.
