AI reads, classifies and ranks every CV against the role, so recruiters search in plain English, or ask for "someone like this candidate", instead of building keyword filters. Hiring managers review shortlists through a secure link, with no login or training. Shreyas, the built-in AI agent, answers questions from your live hiring data and takes routine work off the team. It also captures CVs straight from email, schedules interviews, runs offer workflows, and gives recruitment agencies a portal and scorecard. Each client runs on its own isolated cloud environment.
