The system is user-friendly and easy to use. Invoice Payments and credit card payments are super easy to process and cut my time in half, so it is very time efficient. The Reporting is very easy to access and the export functionality is superb. Inventory management is efficient. The support team is excellent. The leader in the Support team is Smrity. She gives proper information and support. She is very efficient with her support. If she is unable to help at the moment, then you can get on a zoom meeting with her later, and she will get to the bottom of the problem to resolve it. She is very patient and efficient. It is a 21-century platform that is not burdened with legacy problems of other accounting software. The software is intuitive and more comprehensive than any other we have looked at. It seems Xoro has really thought the process through. Also, the customer service and support are second to none. No company I have dealt with in any industry has Xoro's level of customer service. The biggest complaint, and it is small and rare, but sometimes there are glitches that we can't resolve on our own and have to ask for support to solve them. XoroERP allows us to manage our inventory more efficiently and seamlessly work with our B2B customers, allowing them to place orders and make payments securely. We have also integrated with our e-commerce platform "shopify" to manage our D2C sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To date, we have found very few downsides to working with Xorosoft. As a small company, the initial transition was hard work, but the support and hand-holding provided by the Microsoft team were second to none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Moving to a new ERP system in this day and age requires a departure from what firms have either been pleased with, accustomed to, forced to use or could never get away from soon enough. Add to the likes and dislikes of a particular ERP the decision to move to the cloud (or not) makes it tough to move forward when you really have not been able to load your business’ processes into a new ERP to see if “it fits”. Surely one of the latest ERP offerings will work, but will it, does it truly make your business run better? We took an-in-depth run at Xorosoft in 2019 and we have not looked back. The features that caught our attention at the beginning have proved to be the features that we now take for granted. We continue to be amazed at the continual informatic approach that is utilized by the Xorosoft Dev Team. The flexibility in the template and reporting isn’t just available, it is built-in. Our proficient ability to write custom queries has not yet been needed. For those special requests that only make sense for our business channels or certain demanding customers, the solution is just an on-line ticket submittal away. No longer do we have to wait to see if our requests made the cut for the semi-annual release of a system upgrade. Xorosoft gets it done. Accounting is accounting - right? Well we have witnessed with Xoro that there is more than one way to get the same workflows accomplished with accuracy and efficiency. The Dev Team has been very open to all requests (for enhancements). The insights provided by our team to Xoro have always been respectfully considered. Several proprietary features inherent in the Xorosoft ERP software have never before been available. Our company’s complex BOM costing processes can make it difficult to identify issues caused by user error (especially after-the-fact). Xorosoft can identify “where and when” the errant transaction occurred and truly fix it. The global search feature capability saves time for users. If they know what they are looking for, the software fetches it and brings it up – ready for the user. The system is complete. We are of the opinion that we have made a selection that will always work for us moving forward. We are moving two more of our companies to Xorosoft in 2022. Our inventory levels have improved tremendously since using Xoro. We no longer worry about where the stock disappeared because we can track every movement. The support has been a huge help! Jumping onto a new ERP as a fast-growing ecommerce brand is scary because we are a lean team with limited resources. The tutorial guides are quite basic and could be improved. It doesn't explain certain jargon. I would need to either create a ticket or spend hours trying to figure out how to use certain features by myself. We do face issues when it comes to products that require manufacturing but the team will help us out. This feature has been in beta for awhile.
