When we outgrew our previous ERP, we had heard good things about Xorosoft. While the process was not without its bumps and hiccups, the Xorosoft team was responsive and helped us to resolve any issues that sprang up. The transition to their software platform has streamlined many of our daily business processes, allowed us to track inventory over multiple locations, and syncs well with our bank and sales platforms. I'd recommend the software to other companies looking to upgrade their ERP. **What do you dislike about XoroERP?** Occasionally, oversights in how the software synced up with our sales platforms caused temporary issues. The Xorosoft team was always willing and able to address these concerns and provide solutions to remedy the issues. **What problems is XoroERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xorosoft has provided solutions for our inventory management, costing, accounting, and order fulfillment processes. Many of these processes were much more clunky and time consuming in our previous ERP. Furthermore, our previous ERP did not support some of functions, like tracking inventory over multiple retail/warehouse locations. Xorosoft was able to provide solutions for these issues. ### 25. You get tremendous value with Xoro. Very intuitive interface. Furthermore, they are very responsive to any issues or questions via the 'Ticket Center' module. Any enhancements will take time, as with any other software, but the ticket center is great module to manage all open queries with Xoro. But if they don't respond in time, a little persistance will suffice. One of the best things about Xoro, they work with you and work hard in providing solutions. From the experienced trainers/implementers to the owners, they are all very professional and very friendly. **What do you dislike about XoroERP?** If you're a small to midsize manufacturer/wholesaler looking for an ERP, Xoro is the solution. The only negative with Xoro is the Scoping and Implementation process. Make sure you thoroughly go through the 'Scoping' process, get a testing 'instance', and fully flush out your core and, ESPECIALLY any proprietary processes before you sign on. This will make the implementation process more effective, efficient, and TIMELY. **What problems is XoroERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a manufacturer, cost controls and Gaap compliance are very important, Xoro solves that. For the most part, Xoro is very intuitive as compared to the rigid and cylinder block interfaces that comes with other ERP's. Having a Saas ERP expands our bandwidth and centralizes planning. ### 31. Inventory management is efficient. The support team is excellent. The leader in the Support team is Smrity. She gives proper information and support. She is very efficient with her support. If she is unable to help at the moment, then you can get on a zoom meeting with her later, and she will get to the bottom of the problem to resolve it. The software is intuitive and more comprehensive than any other we have looked at. It seems Xoro has really thought the process through. Also, the customer service and support are second to none. No company I have dealt with in any industry has Xoro's level of customer service. **What do you dislike about XoroERP?** The biggest complaint, and it is small and rare, but sometimes there are glitches that we can't resolve on our own and have to ask for support to solve them. Add to the likes and dislikes of a particular ERP the decision to move to the cloud (or not) makes it tough to move forward when you really have not been able to load your business’ processes into a new ERP to see if “it fits”. Surely one of the latest ERP offerings will work, but will it, does it truly make your business run better? We took an-in-depth run at Xorosoft in 2019 and we have not looked back. The features that caught our attention at the beginning have proved to be the features that we now take for granted. We continue to be amazed at the continual informatic approach that is utilized by the Xorosoft Dev Team. The flexibility in the template and reporting isn’t just available, it is built-in. Our proficient ability to write custom queries has not yet been needed. For those special requests that only make sense for our business channels or certain demanding customers, the solution is just an on-line ticket submittal away. No longer do we have to wait to see if our requests made the cut for the semi-annual release of a system upgrade. Xorosoft gets it done. Accounting is accounting - right? Well we have witnessed with Xoro that there is more than one way to get the same workflows accomplished with accuracy and efficiency. The Dev Team has been very open to all requests (for enhancements). The insights provided by our team to Xoro have always been respectfully considered. Several proprietary features inherent in the Xorosoft ERP software have never before been available. Our company’s complex BOM costing processes can make it difficult to identify issues caused by user error (especially after-the-fact). Xorosoft can identify “where and when” the errant transaction occurred and truly fix it. The global search feature capability saves time for users. If they know what they are looking for, the software fetches it and brings it up – ready for the user. The system is complete. We are of the opinion that we have made a selection that will always work for us moving forward. We are moving two more of our companies to Xorosoft in 2022. **What do you dislike about XoroERP?** No real dislikes. Some of the non-traditional approaches to creating journal transactions automatically just required us to think outside of the box. They proved to be well thought out designs. **What problems is XoroERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have eliminated period end closing nightmares. In our pre-existing system, the process of "freezing" inventory and entering journal transactions to adjust to actual physical counts would take a week (or more) sometimes stopping other accounting processing within the company from continuing on in the new accounting period. The Inventory Cycle Count process in Xorosoft has reduced the process to under an hour and it is now completed on the same day as the physical count. ### 37.
