Bench time, you can get many skill learning assignment

**What do you dislike about Xoriant Corporation?**

Bench time, Project Selection is totally random they dont even ask the candidate choices, they just expect the candidate know every tech especially for freshers, a very short notice is usually given and in that notice they only share the name of the tech and client name thats all, and then we need to prepare for their internal interview. Management Hierarcy is un-reachable to the below ones, they usually do not carry your words or work.

**Recommendations to others considering Xoriant Corporation:**

Please prepare for more interviews if your YOE < 2, and get into something else, you will be assigned to any random project, it is no lesser than the W.I.T.C.H orgs of india

**What problems is Xoriant Corporation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Xoriant actually provides various IT services, the problems they are solving are majorily from tech only, in-terms of benefit i did joined xoriant as a software engineer as my first job, the work was okayish not that great it mostly depends upon the teams and the projects you are working upon, usually the projects and assignments i got was for purely maintenance purpose only, I rarely heard about any new innovation or opportunity, the overall benefit was i got a ground where i could groom my self as a starting in career although we didnt had a choice of choosing the skill-sets and tech based on our wants, but still i learned a few stuffs, if you ask me would i ever get back into it, I will say a clear straight NO, another thing is there is a management change after i left the org so there is a slight chance if something might be approved or maybe it could have got worse.
