The software application is very easy and simple to navigate. It will provide a single location for all our relevant control documents, not only for editing, reviewing and approval processes, but also for final versions that all employees in our organisation can access and attest to. This will provide a potentially robust approach to version control and will help us maintain a consistent policy framework going forward. We were keen to find a solution that would allow our employees to work seamlessly within our existing Microsoft 365 environment, without introducing yet another third-party login or external portal. After evaluating multiple options, Xoralia emerged as one of the top choices, primarily due to its native SharePoint integration and improved search functionality.

While we still have a lot to do in rolling out our QMS, Xoralia is already proving to be a strong foundation for the document management side of things. The attestation features and automated notifications are particularly helpful in ensuring staff engagement and compliance.

While there is a fair amount of reliance on the Xoralia web portal, it does pull everything together in a way that SharePoint alone simply can’t.
