Xoralia's integration with our SharePoint and 365 AD environments means we have a single source of truth with all our documents without having to upload secondary copies. The AD integration allows for single sign on making it very easy for our users to login and the dashboards are awesome and easy to navigate. My organisation has hundreds of policies so Xoralia is being used very frequently. It was easy to implement and their support has been outstanding during the entire process. Xoralia was easy to implement and it makes managing our policies and procedures a piece of cake. The best part is how it works with our SharePoint intranet. The Xoralia webparts mean we can add our policies and procedures right into our intranet pages. The reports are great too. They provide the right level of detail and helps us see how well we’re doing at driving compliance. The electronic attestation is brilliant and super easy to use. We successfully rolled out the tool with a minimal internal learning curve and achieved a 97% read / acknowledgement rate on our first assigned policy. The tool's flexibility and features will allow us to continue to grow our policy management systems and processes internally while keeping our associates up to date on changes.. Prior to implementation, we had a fragmented system of policy management lacking version controls, standardization, and acceptance / awareness. Xoraliz allows us a centralized single source of truth and access for employees and organizational wide policies. We were also able to establish automated workflows for new / updated policy reviews and approvals. Our internal stakeholders have been very receptive with the new tool and platform. Xoralia allows our people to focus on other tasks as they no longer need to chase people on documents they have not read that we need them to, they can leave that to Xoralia to do it. There is no management dashboard currently to see what your staff have done, or more what they have not done that they are required to do.
