Xoralia - Sharepoint policy management software Reviews & Product Details

We have moved from using basic Sharepoint document to libraries to Xoralia in order for us to be able to implement a formal attestation process for our policies and procedures. Working in a highly regulated financial services sector, we are required to ensure that our staff fully understand certain policies and Xoralia enables us to do that with an embedded quiz as part of the attestation. The whole team at Content Formula have been extremely helpful during our onboarding and have ensured that we were up and running as quickly as possible, while at the same time moving at a pace that suited our business. We have managed to realise real value to our business in quite a short space of time.

The Sharepoint web parts are great and enable the Xoralia solution to be embedded into an exisiting Sharepoint intranet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system does not currently record the amount of time that an individual has spent reading a document, it relies on the attestation process to confirm a users understanding. Xoralia's integration with our SharePoint and 365 AD environments means we have a single source of truth with all our documents without having to upload secondary copies. The AD integration allows for single sign on making it very easy for our users to login and the dashboards are awesome and easy to navigate.

It's easy to use and offers a large amount of flexibility on tagging sorting and filtering our policies. With SharePoint integrated in our estate already it was releatively easy to set up and any feedback we sent over to the Xoralia team was listened to and fedback on. Xoralia has helped us with updating and change management of company policies and procedures. Tracking changes, timely reviews/approvals and accessibility all in one place. Xoralia was easy to implement and it makes managing our policies and procedures a piece of cake. The best part is how it works with our SharePoint intranet. The Xoralia webparts mean we can add our policies and procedures right into our intranet pages. The reports are great too. They provide the right level of detail and helps us see how well we’re doing at driving compliance. The electronic attestation is brilliant and super easy to use. Honestly, it’s hard to fault it when it’s making our lives so much easier. If I had to pick something, I'd say I’d like to see it team up with other software we use. That would take it to the next level for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Xoralia tool works with our current structure within SharePoint for document management and allows familiarity with users during the adoption phase. We successfully rolled out the tool with a minimal internal learning curve and achieved a 97% read / acknowledgement rate on our first assigned policy. The tool's flexibility and features will allow us to continue to grow our policy management systems and processes internally while keeping our associates up to date on changes.. There is no management dashboard currently to see what your staff have done, or more what they have not done that they are required to do. However, I believe this is due to be added in early 2024 so this will no longer be an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most useful part of Xoralia is that it uses a SP library to manage policies. It is also ease accessible through MS Teams.

Xoralia has improved the way we handle, distribute, and track policies and procedures within our organization.
