It's good to hear it has strengthened governance around your policies and made it easier to evidence that staff have read and understood them - that's exactly the problem we built it to solve. On the settings point, some configuration sits deliberately at the SharePoint level. Your policy documents stay in your own Microsoft 365 tenant rather than in ours, so library permissions and structure remain under your organisation's control rather than ours. That said, more can usually be handed to policy administrators than people expect, and where it genuinely can't, we want to hear about it. Do let your customer success contact know which settings are causing friction and we'll either show you how to manage them directly or take them into the roadmap. Xoralia is an effective product for managing policies in an increasingly policy-driven world. Implementation has been simple, and we were guided by multiple training sessions from a technical expert in the product, who was always happy to answer any questions we have about getting the most of the product. There are some good features to ensure version control, along with approval processes workflows. The Teams integration makes it easy for end users to find and read policies. Limited customisation ability for email notifications - You can add a company logo but not amend wording to make it look more personable for example. We were finding SharePoint libraries increasingly difficult to manage as the number of our policies and procedures grew. Navigating folders and maintaining control over document versions was becoming a challenge, especially as we prepared to implement a Quality Management System (QMS). We were keen to find a solution that would allow our employees to work seamlessly within our existing Microsoft 365 environment, without introducing yet another third-party login or external portal. After evaluating multiple options, Xoralia emerged as one of the top choices, primarily due to its native SharePoint integration and improved search functionality. While we still have a lot to do in rolling out our QMS, Xoralia is already proving to be a strong foundation for the document management side of things. The attestation features and automated notifications are particularly helpful in ensuring staff engagement and compliance. The team that we have dealt with (Alex, Alex & Fabio) have really been great, especially helping our IT team get Xoralia implemented and connected into SharePoint. While there is a fair amount of reliance on the Xoralia web portal, it does pull everything together in a way that SharePoint alone simply can’t.
