The tool is easy to use and does the things we need it to do in an intuitive and accessible way, and Content Formula are constantly improving it which means that as time passes, the product solves problems that we didn't even realise we had. I can't speak highly enough of Amber and the team. **What do you dislike about Xoralia - SharePoint policy management software?** There were some features (specifically policy workflow management) that were not native functionality of the product when we first started using it - we had to use Microsoft Power Automate to do certain things. That was a bit clunky and cumbersome but that issue was recently resolved with a new release, and we didn't have to pay anything extra to benefit from it. The product also didn't support storing policies in private Sharepoint sites however, having fed that back to Content Formula, that issue has now also been resolved. **What problems is Xoralia - SharePoint policy management software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are now able to manage policies, and acceptance of policies, across our organisation in a scalable, consistent way. This has removed lots of manual process that previously existed (tracking who had accepted which policy, when, and what version etc.) as well as automatically reading new starters (to the organisation or to projects within the organisation) onto company policies or customer-specific policies. This allows us to demonstrate compliance to auditors and to customers, as well as allowing our internal leadership to know that we are communicating our policies effectively with our staff and our suppliers. ### 20. Working with Content Formula, specifically Xoralia, has been a pleaseure for me and my company. From the initial contact to strategy and then implementation they have been results-focused through relationship building. We had originally been looking for a way to improve our Policy & Procedure review and approval process but hadn't realized that there would be options available to us within the SharePoint environment that we already used. Our project manager Amber Oakes and her team were organized and professional; they set straight to work to understand current state where our needs for improvement were. The developers were able to create an effective tool that was cleanly and smoothly able to manage the path of our documents from initial draft through reviews, approvals, sign-offs, training, and so on. The communication is wonderful. They are clear, and detailed in their notes and are always open to feedback. The only aspect of the partnership that took any degree of focus was scheduling calls due to their location in the UK and our location in the States. All of the user details are built and managed within our OWN SharePoint environment so we are able to create the necessary groups and roles based on what our Azure Directory contains. There is no additional migration or entry duplication between the systems. The documents themselves are all within our Doc Libraries as well and can be accessed within the Xoralia platform or within our internal systems, which allows us ability to set protections around downloading, screenclips, printing, etc. The systematic scheduling of annual/biannual policy review by admin and then staff training is simplified since it is all taken care of with their system and then displayed in easily digestible dashboards for team leaders to review and react to. ### 22.
