**What do you like best about Xola?**

Being able to take ccs over the phone and use a cc Swipe

**What do you dislike about Xola?**

Yeap, used to be good, but they did not evolve with the times. Also, I believe their pricing policy is not competitive or worth it, we are in the process of switching to a different platform.

**What problems is Xola solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We spoke with our account representative and the solution for our comments regarding the costs which we considered not worth the service was "just pass it on to the final customer", yikes!!!
