I've used Xodo Sign for a few years as it was my chosen software when it was called Eversign. I've always forund it easy to use and very straightforward for the party to recieve and navigate. It's free at the most basic level (which I think is 3 per month), and fair pricing for more than that. It's extremely easy to use and you can set up templates to save time in the future. It's customisable with logos etc. and gives off a very professional feel to clients. You can also set a pin code for the signer to use, or ask them to verify by text message. While Xodo Sign works with PDFs, it doesn't handle all document types seamlessly. You might need to convert some files to PDF before you can use them with the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to create templates that can be sent for e-signature from our existing Word Docs was tremendously helpful and very easy to do. The template library has allowed us to send NDAs and project forms easily and collect signatures way more quickly than we used to from within our CRM via an integration. I do wish in the Free version of the software that it allowed you to cancel and resubmit a document without it taking up your "send up to 3 documents" maximum. I also wish if you tried to send a document and there is a unfilled section for the sender to complete before sending to the client, that there would be an alert to check if you meant to leave that section empty.
