I liked the idea of integrating webcam and mic to the test so that it could be 100% cheating-proof. I can highly recommend using it for different assessments in the interviews. Xobin has recently launched AI-powered language assessment that leverages the skill evaluation. AI-powered assessment analyses the candidates interpersonal skills, behavioral skills and communication skills. We used this AI-powered test for both tech and nontech positions. This purely help in assessing the english communication of the candidate, fluency, accent detection and more precised evaluation. Xobin has best support and a large number of features. We also used their psychometric traits to analyse the candidate with traits like fire in the belly, ethics, time commitment, extraversion,Humility, leadership ability etc. They got a bunch of traits.
