Xobin offers a lot of questions for assessment. Primarily around technical software topics. Their base may be lacking in terms of newer bleeding edge topics. There is a team that offers to research & create new assessments. They are also supposed to refresh the questions periodically. Unless, you have fresh questions prepared or a team to handle this, getting started with a topic & assessment is simple. Pricing makes sense for a steady pipeline of candidates. Sales & support are engaging & prompt once a relationship is built. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Xobin? Finer details that could help the UX like multi-selecting items on screens, mixing assessments, managing candidates, the video analysis create some friction while using. The pricing may not make sense for those who don't require a steady flow of candidates. Since plans include 1000s of assessments & are priced accordingly, this does not make sense for on-and-off assessments. A usage based option or add-ons would be good to have.
