Since the AI optimizes campaigns daily, there's no need for constant monitoring—checking in every other day is usually sufficient. Powerful tools for managing Amazon ads, and diving into analysis. I've not encountered errors that have ruined my day as I have with other advertising software (looking at you PacVue). AMC integration is easy to use. Great customer support from our rep, Tarik, who has regularly walked through updates and has expert level knowledge on the features and workings of the software. Some of the UI navigation is not completely intuitive, but makes sense once you get past the learning curve. Rule based automation and search functionality could be expanded more. We've been using Xnurta as an ad campaign management platform to handle our Amazon ad campaigns, and the experience has been overwhelmingly great. The tool offers a great balance between automation and manual control. While there’s always a learning curve with robust platforms like this, the onboarding support and documentation have been solid. Xnurta’s deep integration with Amazon Marketing Cloud has also unlocked a new level of audience insight and targeting potential for us, especially with DSP campaigns. Understanding how to configure automation rules, interpret AI decision logs, and balance manual vs. automated controls can be challenging for first-time users. The interface is professional and clean, but not always intuitive until you've gone through the workflows a few times. For those transitioning from more manual platforms or simpler tools, there may be a brief adjustment period — but the onboarding resources and support teams help ease that transition. This is one of this rare cases when AI optimizations actually do the thing. Quick set up of orders/line items/creatives/audience creation, and on top of it, no SQL knowledge needed to create high-intent AMC custom audiences with just a few clicks using Xnurta's templates. Love it! Saves so much time in comparison to standard Amazon DSP console. Additionally, the way AI helps us to optimize the performance considering near real-time hourly date from AMS, it makes a real positive impact that can be seen WoW/MoM across the accounts we manage.
