XMS Rechnung is simple online invoicing software for tradespeople, freelancers and small businesses in Germany. Create invoices and quotes with your logo in minutes and turn a quote into an invoice with one click. Every invoice is a valid e-invoice (ZUGFeRD, plus XRechnung XML for public clients), ready for Germany's B2B e-invoicing mandate. Progress and final invoices, reverse charge § 13b for construction services, GoBD-compliant numbering and archiving, dunning (payment reminder, 1st and 2nd reminder), email sending with PDF and XML attached, payment tracking, customer and item lists, and a monthly DATEV export (SKR03/SKR04) for your tax advisor. An AI assistant drafts invoices and quotes from a short dictated or typed note. Use the interface in German, Polish, English or Turkish – documents are always created in German. Servers in Frankfurt, GDPR data processing agreement included. One plan with all features: EUR 9.90 per month incl. VAT, 30 days free, cancel monthly.
