Xmind does a great job of helping me visualize ideas, plan, and create mind maps, which is especially helpful due to my Aphantasia. It’s also really useful for brainstorming; the biggest use I had for it was saving me hours by helping me organize my thoughts and plan out a project and brainstorm with my temporary development team. The app in general is relatively easy and straightforward, so I never really had to get any support, official or otherwise, but I heard the community is very helpful for my use; I didn’t really have to integrate it with any other software, but it has support for many integrations, including Google Cloud Obsidian, which I might integrate, which is great. Honestly nothing in specific, I can't exactly complain about a application who's main features are free albeit limited, but I personally am not a big fan of AI first standing and limited collaboration and it does often feel like AI is forced with credits and so on, but I can't argue against how useful of a tool AI can be, and It does often feel slightly odd to use, but it does clear up quickly.
