What do you like best?

The over all experience as an admin has been great. The install was done quickly and accurately, the training was very helpful and offered live Q&A instantly. The web interface and exchange plugins are easy to use and will be a good experience for our end users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Nothing was mentioned for downloading the hot fixes prior to the installer logging in. The preinstall list otherwise was very informative, very good choice in a fax solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure AD is setup well, Xmedius ability to route via fax AD information is very helpful. Make sure that your exchange admin is up to speed on linking Xmedius with exchange. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Decent product design, easy to configure and use, clear documentation, and very good support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Not easy to find out special configuration details such as certificate generation and signing process, LDAP with StartTLS. Some of these have been documented in KB but in general document. I have to log support cases to resolve these issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Used the product in Australian Defence Project. The product will remove the deployment of hardware fax machines and provide much easy wya to send and receive large number of faxes more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
