  ### 1. Xledger - A must have tool for accounting firms

**What do you like best about Xledger?**

1. It is very user-friendly as all required options are easily accessible on the home dashboard.
2. Timely updates are provided and installed in the backend without impacting work.
3. Automation of certain tasks like Bank Reconciliation has helped in saving a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Xledger?**

Frequent downtime which lasts between 30 to 60 minutes affects the work hours

**What problems is Xledger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been using this product for the past 1 year and this application has been more compatible with my work as a Finance Analyst than any other applications like SAP. The user interface is dynamic for a first time Learner. This product enables sharing and saving of financial data under one roof specifically pertaining to concepts like asset management, budgeting, Accounts receivable /Accounts payable, procurement and inventory, cash and bank payments, billing, XRM, VAT and reporting.

**What do you like best about Xledger?**

Great functionality! It provides a lot of visibility into all of our branches around the world in one easy to use system. Standardization across our program in 27 countries was no small feat and the customization and updates Xledger has provided have been critical to the success of the software. 

**What do you dislike about Xledger?**

Overall, the software is not inherently intuitive and it has required many trainings. This is especially true for our staff who do not use the software frequently (ie. for expense reports) and learning all of the tricks and shortcuts to make Xledger "smarter" so that you have to do less work. 

**What problems is Xledger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standardization and accountability. Since our entire network is on Xledger, our headquarter has greater insight and visibility into the details and overall financial health of each branch. Having all programs on one cloud software has reduced the time for reconciliations of each branch.
