**What do you like best about XL.net Strategic IT?**

They swarm the issue. Most requests are resolved immediately, but even the more tricky ones are expedited. If the first agent doesn't provide the solution, they'll send in another.

**What do you dislike about XL.net Strategic IT?**

Not sure I've run into anything that I dislike. There have been occasions where the first agent didn't have the answer, but those were fairly complex issues and they were resolved reasonably quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering XL.net Strategic IT:**

It's a professional group that responds quickly. I don't have information on the cost of their service, but if it fits your budget, I would recommend them if you are looking to outsource IT functions.

**What problems is XL.net Strategic IT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're not a large organization but we are in need of top-tier IT assistance when issues occur with our Microsoft tenant. One person without a service can be highly detrimental to our daily work flow.

Regular check ins and connections, clarity around recommendations, understanding the nature of a non profit

Some occasional difficulty in communication with our direct report, some initial confusion around cost transparency with new hire machine building.

**Recommendations to others considering XL.net Strategic IT:**

Review several IT services, ask lots of questions, and keep XL in the list for sure

**What problems is XL.net Strategic IT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security, Cloud networking transition, Daily ticket issues with staf, and onboarding new employees and machines.
