I've just started using XInterview for a new role in my company and absolutely love it. I think it's an awesome tool not only for interviewing but also for pre-screening. In my organisation we go through several interview process and xinterview is definitely helping us get through the most tedious and boring one of them all - just making sure we have a good quality cohort we can consider. 1. Add a text formatter for the Job Description - to make it easier to add headlines, bulletpoints etc
