Xinity is a Vienna-based sovereign AI infrastructure software company. The Xinity Runtime installs on your existing servers and turns them into a private, OpenAI-compatible AI environment, so generative AI runs on hardware you already own, inside your network perimeter, under your control. Existing applications switch from public AI APIs to on-premise inference with one line of code. There is no cloud dependency, no per-token surprises, and no shared-responsibility compliance grey zone, sovereignty is delivered by architecture, not by policy. The Runtime (gateway, daemon, CLI, infoserver) is open source under Apache 2.0. The Control Center (dashboard, RBAC, SSO, audit logging, EU AI Act compliance dashboard) is source-available under the Elastic License v2. Xinity is built for enterprises in finance, healthcare, legal, defense, industrial manufacturing, and the public sector, where sending sensitive data to an external AI provider is not an option.
