I embedded the ticketing widget in my event website so people will not be redirected to an external website. I customized emails and invoices with my contents and company logo. Xing support helped me to customize the entire workflow of the purchasing process with our business requirements. It was also the only solution that was able to manage the italian VAT properly (it is a bit complicated). **What do you dislike about XING Events?** The field to insert a discount code is not very simple to see (it is below the list of tickets) and I could't have the possibility to move it and make it more visible. So I had some problems with some attendees that did not see it and acquired the ticket at a higher price (We had to reimburse the difference). **What problems is XING Events solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to sell the conference tickets online implementing a simple process.
