xHeal is a shared health context platform that connects longevity and functional-health practices with their clients between visits. Provider Workspace gives clinicians, coaches and practice teams one place to run client-facing operations and prepare for appointments. Publish your services so clients can book, follow bookings from confirmation through completion, and keep client profiles, documents and relevant reports together. Before a visit, review the lab results, wearable trends, symptom notes and goals a client has chosen to share — so every appointment builds on the last instead of starting from memory. Practice analytics cover bookings, revenue, capacity and no-shows. Clinicians can also write back into the client's record: lab results, imaging reports and consultation summaries; care plans, treatment instructions and referrals; prescriptions, medication updates and supplement recommendations; plus vitals, body measurements and goals. Provider Workspace runs alongside your existing clinical record system rather than replacing it. The xHeal client app is where that context is built. Clients connect Apple Health, Health Connect, WHOOP, Polar, Suunto, Strava and Apple Watch, import records from MyChart by Epic, upload lab PDFs and photos of reports, and log symptoms, medications and life events. They can review a dated health timeline, track flare-up triggers, ask questions about their own data in health chat, and generate specialist-ready reports for their next visit. Sharing is always client-controlled: clients decide whether to share health information when they book, and appointment access is handled separately from permission to view health records. xHeal is HIPAA, GDPR and SOC 2 compliant.
