What do you like best about Xfive?

Xfive understood my issues quickly and in a prompt manner solved them, usually by the next day. It was easy to communicate with their team with just an email. I also liked that the work done was all part of my monthly fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xfive?

The one thing I did not like about Xfive was the billing. On occasion, I had already paid a monthly invoice but I still received notifications that it had not been paid. We have worked with numerous devs and none of them understood or was able to resolve the complicated issues with our site. What do you like best about Xfive?

One of the digital products xFive offers is a "Discovery" phase, which as a new company helped us to concrete the brand identity, finalize logo, and have a prototype of what the webpage would look like. This helped us materialize what we envisioned for pur webpage, and afterwards the development went preety smoothly. I also have to add that they followed the budget we set up and were always very responsive and attentive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xfive?

One of the upsides, which is that we really managed to go in-depth into the Discovery phase, aslo was a little downside in that it was very time consuming. We also spent a lot of the budget in the Discovery which could have been more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xfive?

Sometimes communication over voice is difficult because of accents, but they have been trying to improve that by taking English speaking classes. However, with that being said, all written communication in Pivotal Tracker or email is close to perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
