My internet stays fast and consistent, even when I’m streaming, working, or using multiple devices at the same time. The Wi-Fi coverage is strong throughout my home, and I don’t have to constantly reset or troubleshoot. What I dislike about Xfinity is that pricing and promotions can be confusing, especially when a promo period ends. It sometimes takes time to reach the right customer service support, and I wish plans and billing were more straightforward. Xfinity solves a lot of everyday problems for me, mainly around reliability and speed. I use the internet for streaming, work, and staying connected, and I don’t have to worry about constant buffering or dropped connections. The Wi-Fi reaches throughout my home, even with multiple devices connected at once. I also like that there’s built-in security, so my devices feel more protected without me having to manage extra software.
