The upgrades continue to add valuable features, and whenever we’ve run into changes that affected our workflow, their support team has been quick to provide effective workarounds so we could maintain the same functionality. We hit out storage limit with Salesforce very quickly and needed a cost effective solution. That was back in 2021 and we've been relying on XfilesPro ever since. We love that our team can upload and access files in SharePoint very quickly, directly from the record in Salesforce. The support is also excellent. If I had to choose one issue, it would be with the xfile export tool. Sometimes, it fails to include files that are smaller than 6MB. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were having to do some manual work whenever an account name changed. We often wouldn't notice the disconnect had occurred until someone uploaded a file and it didn't end up in the same folder as was available from the widget. We would then have to go and move the file, rename the main folder and then delete the "duplicate".

This has been resolved with the availability of a trigger with the latest version.
