I appreciate the ability to set specific permissions for individual users, so not everyone can delete uploaded files, which adds a good layer of security and control. The templated folder structure that is automatically created each time a new record is added is also very convenient and saves time on manual work. It also provides a native experience, making documents appear as if they are stored within Salesforce, reducing storage requirements. Straight forward to add the XfilesPro component on Salesforce record pages and generally easy for the User to upload files (except existing Google Docs).

"Uploading" a Google Doc is not intuitive, since Google Docs are not actual files but shortcuts. So for a User, uploading a Word document works normally because it is a file. Google Docs can be added to a folder shown on a Salesforce record by moving it or creating a shortcut from Google Drive.

As an administrator, I would value access to additional detailed technical information about the configuration of XfilesPro Object setup, custom settings, editing the folder structure, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
