**What do you like best about XfilesPro?**

I appreciate how easy it is to configure, which makes implementation straightforward. The software offers a wide range of features, and users genuinely enjoy working with it.

**What do you dislike about XfilesPro?**

If I had to choose one issue, it would be with the xfile export tool. Sometimes, it fails to include files that are smaller than 6MB.

**What problems is XfilesPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us streamline document management. As the IT person, it definitely makes my job easier.

**What do you like best about XfilesPro?**

Because Salesforce storage is expensive, we needed a simple solution to transfer and access them on a platform that we have more (inexpensive) storage on, and since we are already in the Microsoft ecosystem, archiving to Sharepoint was a perfect solution.  XFilesPro is pretty simple to use for this purpose and the support staff was very responsive to help us get both Salesforce and Microsoft 365 Sharepoint configured for our files.

**What do you dislike about XfilesPro?**

The downsides are that it does require individual licensing to see the files stored in Sharepoint via the Salesforce app, but unlicensed users can still fairly quickly access the files directly through our Sharepoint site/fileshare.

**What problems is XfilesPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Archiving files off of Salesforce.
