For it's ease of use, if you already know how the windows desktop works, you'll understand how XFCE works, it's just more lightweight than windows therefore it acts quickly and smoothly
It's easy to implement in every distro because it's lightweight and flexible.
For it's customer support, they don't have one, but they have a big community.
I frequently use it daily, 24/7, right now I'm using it as my desktop environment.
Since it's lightweight, there's not much features. For that, they only provide essential features such as a clock, battery (if you're on laptop), task manager, and pulseaudio to name a few.
For it's ease of integration, it's easy to integrate in multiple distros. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downsides of using XFCE is that it's not GNOME where it has more features and functionality like being able to sync your google drive in the file explorer, but I don't need that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
