We’ve recently noticed a change in behaviour when working with Purchase Orders and draft bills, which has impacted our workflow. Previously, we would copy approved POs into draft bills to use as placeholders as part of our process. However, this recent change disrupts our approach, as Xero now appears to treat any bill—even in draft status—as an indication that the PO has been fulfilled. I just think Xero is super user friendly. I like that it doesn't have a lot of text and has a lot of colors. It's very emoticon-based, with only five options to choose from, which simplifies what I need. I use it specifically to submit my timesheet and organize my payroll because it's the easiest system I've ever used. It's easy to put my hours in, and if I work or train more hours, it's easy to adjust.
