I really like how user-friendly and intuitive Xero is, especially for someone managing day-to-day accounting tasks. The dashboard gives me a clear, at-a-glance view of key financial information like cash flow, invoices, and expenses in real time. Because it’s cloud-based, I can access the system from anywhere, which is especially helpful when I’m working remotely or need to handle something urgent.
I also find the bank reconciliation feature very efficient, since it cuts down on manual work and saves time. On top of that, integration with third-party tools such as payment gateways and reporting tools helps keep the overall workflow smooth and consistent.
Lastly, the reporting and dashboard features provide clear and easy-to-understand insights into financial performance, making it convenient to monitor and analyze business activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about Xero is that it can be a bit difficult for beginners. This software were not very easy to understand at first, especially if someone has no accounting knowledge. It takes time to get used to all features.
Pricing is also a concern. It is slightly expensive for small businesses or fresh users. This is good only if you use regularly. If usage is less, then it doesn’t feel worth the cost. There can also be occasional delays in customer support responses, which can be inconvenient when immediate assistance is needed.
In addition, even though Xero integrates with many third-party tools, some of these integrations come with additional costs, increasing the overall expense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
