Everything transferred over easily with no problems. Customer service is way easier to connect with and the platform itself is so easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about Xero?** They were not clear about what is considered an "invoice" and therefore I unexpectedly needed the more expensive plan after I had already transferred over. Xero has no "sales receipt", like quickbooks, and when looking for a less expensive option I thought I would be saving a ton of money. The less expensive plan only allows for 20 invoices a month, which I do with quickbooks. But since there is no "sales receipt" everything in xero is considered an invoice.
