The multiple variables considered for the duplicate detection is industry leading, where most duplicate checks rely on mostly 3 variables, Xelix application is in its tens which included OCR and other input errors, usually missed by the traditional matching approach. The Document error and Master data cleanse tool also eliminating non-value added exercises by identifying the exceptions and reducing massive volumes of false positives, enabling the team to concentrate on root cause analysis - which again is self-learning dependant on first responses and trend analysis. Xelix is an easy-to-use tool that brought our company a lot of benefits. Easy to implement and from the moment we used the tool we did not pay any duplicate invoices or had any significant data errors that are identified after the payment run. When you outsourced your invoice process, it is crucial that a tool can track all the mistakes made in wrong currencies, duplicate vendors, duplicate invoices, especially when everyone is working from home during the pandemic, and human errors are more common. The tool also learns from identified mistakes that were made on purpose. The tool gives us all the important controls we need. There is no need anymore for a 3rd party to go through your data with a similar tool for the past years, identify mistakes after the fact on your behalf, discuss this with you, and contact your vendors to receive some money back and get an unknown fee. Perhaps the lay out could be made more simple and divided into different ledgers without having to filter them all the time, also once you complete a transaction xelix takes you back to the beginning rather then carrying on from where you left of this then takes time to get back to where you were.. Xelix has a really simple and fast onboarding process, which allowed us to get up and running in under two weeks.

Navigation and screens are clear, concise and user-friendly.

McBride implemented Xelix in 2019 in order to have a clear visibility on the potential errors made by the PTP team. The implementation was very quick as Xelix team provided us with a lot of support during that period.

Xelix is very easy to use. The supplier additionally provides the regular updates and training regarding the new functionalities of the system. Each user has the access to reporting tools in order to see the current status of invoices posted, awaiting payment. I really like the visualisation provided by Xelix. I use the graphs set-up for McBride in my monthly reporting.

It is identifying and notifying potential duplicates to our AP teams, avoiding potential duplicate payments.

When we first spoke to Max in 2018, we didn’t realise we were facing any issues and decided not to progress conversations. However, in 2019, Max reached out again, offering us a free Proof of Concept. This seemed like a no-brainer, so we gave the green light for Xelix to analyse our transaction data. We were so surprised with the results, and it really highlighted how important it was for us to implement a purpose-built solution for detecting risk. We saw the value and decided to onboard Xelix.
